ACHF awarded over $206,000 to local nonprofits that improve health, wellbeing, and belonging in Ashland, Talent, & Phoenix
Ashland Community Health Foundation (ACHF) is investing $206,427 in nine nonprofit organizations that focus on health care access, behavioral services access, and community building in Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix. Since 2022, ACHF has invested over $1.1 million locally through its Community Health Grant program.
Nonprofit organizations were invited to submit proposals in early 2026 and we received submissions from our largest and most competitive applicant pool to date.

Ashland Climate Collaborative
To continue their Pedal Power Youth Bike Safety Program in Ashland elementary schools
Ashland Firefighters Charitable Fund
To equip four fire engines with GlideScope video laryngoscopes for emergency intubation
Jackson County Sexual Assault & Response Team
To expand their Survivor Care Program for survivors of domestic violence by training more providers in SAFE forensic examination
La Clinica
To bring their Mobile Health Outreach Services to multiple locations in Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix

To support the Neighbors Unite: No Cost, No Barrier Farmers Market in Talent
Rogue Trans
To connect trans and nonbinary people and their families with support services and create a place of belonging

Rogue Valley Farm to School
To continue their garden and cooking education modules for students and their families in Phoenix-Talent and Ashland elementary schools
Rogue Valley Mentoring
To facilitate mentoring circles in Ashland High School classrooms, helping overcome barriers to youth mental health support
Talent Maker City
To allow responsiveness to requests for collaborative programming that promotes community building and belonging
