Ashland Community Health Foundation supports initiatives in Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix that impact the health and wellbeing of our community. Through our grant programs, we delegate funds to organizations that provide frontline services, such as Asante Ashland Community Hospital, as well as organizations working to create access to high-quality health care.

Community Health & Wellness Grants
A broader focus on community health (population health) is changing when, where, and how health care is delivered. We have expanded our reach beyond our local hospital. Donor designated gifts are used to support health-related projects in Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix.
Evans Nursing Scholarship
This scholarship supports registered nursing students enrolled at Rogue Community College (RCC) and Oregon Health Science University (OHSU), Ashland Campus. The application process opens in the Spring each year with decisions made in mid-Summer.
Asante Ashland Community Hospital Grants
Ashland Community Health Foundation has been a champion for our local hospital since 1977. We are passionate about partnering with the hospital on projects, programs, and educational opportunities that enhance the health care needs of our local community.
Asante Ashland Community Hospital Employee Assistance Fund
