Dennis A. Deschamps honors his parents with a named fund
For years, Claude and Annette Deschamps were steadfast champions of our organization, generous in spirit, and unwavering in their commitment to supporting health in the community where they lived for more than 24 years. Their passing in 2020 left a profound absence, but their legacy is far from over.
Their son, Dennis A. Deschamps, has chosen to honor his parents in a way that reflects everything they stood for by establishing a field of interest fund in their memory. The Deschamps Family Fund will directly support services and programs for individuals living with mental illness, a cause meaningful to both Dennis and his late parents.
“It’s an honor to continue to support an organization my parents cared for, while also serving those in need,” Dennis shared.
Dennis understands how critical access to mental health services can be, and how often it remains out of reach for those who need it most. His parents believed in the power of community to change lives, and this fund carries that belief forward.
Through his generosity, individuals facing mental illness will have greater access to the care, resources, and support they need to thrive. What began as a family’s dedication has become a lasting gift to our community.
We are grateful to Dennis for his thoughtful gift of love and remembrance. The Deschamps Family Fund stands as a testament to a family whose compassion will continue to make a difference for years to come.
