How your donations made a difference last year

With your help, we received $1,416,000 in charitable gifts and endowment earnings in 2023.

Whether donors supported community health and wellness initiatives, nursing and allied health scholarships, or the local hospital, their gifts touched the lives of our friends, neighbors, and fellow community members in important ways.

Highlights of projects and programs donations helped fund include:

Forty-five local nursing and allied health students were awarded scholarships totaling $194,720. These scholarships aid aspiring health care professionals who may not have otherwise been able to realize their dreams.

Contributions to Community Health Initiatives, Innovation, and other donor designated funds helped invest more than $292,600 across twelve organizations who are creating and expanding access to health care in our community.

More than $90,500 benefitted Asante Ashland Community Hospital to support their Age-Friendly Initiative, the School Nurse Program, new equipment, and facility updates.
