Funding initiatives that advance our community’s health
Ashland Community Health Foundation supports initiatives in Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix that impact the health and wellbeing of our community. Through our grant programs, we invest funds in organizations that provide frontline services and work to create access to high-quality health care.

About the Process
Our various grant programs have their own timelines and eligibility requirements, as well as award amounts. We invite you to view the pages below to familiarize yourself with the application process, as well as frequently asked questions for each. You can also view our Initiatives for more information about our funding priorities and the mission of Ashland Community Health Foundation.

Community Health & Wellness Grants
A broader focus on community health (population health) is changing when, where, and how health care is delivered. We prioritize transformational proposals that create access to care where it did not previously exist and demonstrate clear and measurable outcomes that improve the social drivers of health in Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix.

Youth Sports & Aquatics Grants
Grants to support access to youth sports and aquatics in Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix are made by invitation only. These grant programs are made possible by the Dave Kitchell Endowment and the Chuck Butler Memorial Aquatics Endowment. To inquire about eligibility, please contact ACHF at info@achfoundation.org.
