Champions for our local hospital since 1977.
For over 40 years, Ashland Community Health Foundation has been passionate about partnering with AACH on projects, programs, and educational opportunities that enhance the health care needs of our community. Grants are made possible from donor-designated gifts for hospital programs and services.
Funding priorities:
- Health and wellness projects that create and/or expand access by bringing services and programs in Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix
- Serve children, seniors, medically vulnerable, and/or historically excluded and underrepresented individuals and groups
- Promote health equity by building relationships and partnerships with community members to impact social determinants of heath
- Foster innovative programs in collaboration with other organizations to develop new and equitable models of care
- Implement programs that promote trauma-informed care approaches
Grants will not be made for the following purposes:
- Debt retirement or operational deficits
- General fund
- Events and sponsorships
- Projects that have already been completed
